Hey there my beautiful gkids!! I love you so much, and I am so glad your mommy and daddy are taking such good care of you! You look healthy, and strong, and happy...well, maybe not happy:( Did you know that cucumbers are your friends!! They are!! Hey - why don't you make a story about some cucumbers who live in India and what they liked about going to the science museum!! I can't wait to see the pictures you draw of them riding that bicycle in the sky and hiding under that huge dinosaur!! Love, Granny

Oh, my younger sister had the same reaction as your girls when she saw 1 vegetable :D she hated fresh tomatoes. and she still doesn't like it (she's 18 now).

only parents who LOVE every kind of food are so mean to their offspring with sensitive tastebuds. you must believe that those were Not good tasting cucumber pieces... take them away - far away!

So what if I were to put up a counter video of myself eating several whole cucumbers?

Mikey watched this and looked at me wide eyed, "if I were her, I would eat it!" Although to be fair, we would have that same reaction in this house over beets. They are NOT a favorite.

Really like Mister's head nod when he asks if R. needs to sleep in his own room. We use some of those same tricks! And the days is not a success unless all the children cry simultaneously at some point.

Cucumbers are the ONLY green thing that Eloise likes...too bad they are mostly water anyways.
