Last night during prayers, L. picked Aunt Mer.
She prayed that she would be safe and that her travel would go smoothly next week when she comes out to visit.
The truth is, I was a little surprised. It seemed, well, uncharacteristically thoughtful.
Folks, it took me 24 hours to realize:
Mer is bringing a suitcase full of Christmas loot.

Bwahaha!! Ah... leave it to L. to covertly pray for Santa to arrive safely. :)
