L. and I have long conversations about the various origins of things. A. chimes in from time to time, but sometimes we think she's not been following what we're saying...
L.: which farm animal lays eggs?
Me: is it cows?
L.: no...
Me: is it roosters?
L.: yes!
Me: umm, no...
A.: where's the restaurant!

A: look at my belly! I can squish it!
