This is a popular sign outside of coffehouses, actually.  We just can't
help but picture someone running boiling water over the grounds as
they hold them in their bare hands.  Youch.  (And yum?)

Eh, forget alliteration, let's just go for clarity.

Like the El Rancho, this product promises to be good...later.*

should this name be rethought, maybe...?
