There is so much you can do with driftwood. Building shelters from the wind is definitely one of the smartest. It was sunny, but it wasn't warm. (ps: we didn't build these--whoever did was the smarty-pants)

That looks like a place we used to fish at called...wait for it.... A la Spit. I spent my childhood making those wooden forts and hiding from my parents! I LOVE LOVE LOVE that you guys went there! Big smiles from India to Whidbey Island....home sweet home.
