Grandpa and Grandma D. came for the weekend and took the kids to "a disney land", as L. calls it. We were there all day on Sunday and even though the lines were sometimes long, L. was a trooper and managed to go on about a dozen rides, plus saw she mickey up close. Other highlights of the day included the parade (not least of which the gigantic "rhino-noceros"), the Winnie the Pooh ride (for A., it was the "balloonoons" was the real selling point for that one) and seeing the Real TinkerBell. BR was a sport and seemed to enjoy every minute, between little naps in the stroller.

of all the days that i couldn't be with you, it had to be this one, didn't it!?! there's too many to put on my desktop!
every time there's a picture of a, she looks like a different person. when did her hair get so light and straight? is she turning into a *gasp* california girl??
her hair is really light, but we dnt know what happened to the curl that day-it looked awful--I have been cutting it myself and usually the mistakes don't show. how embarrassing for me...
Thumb popped out for the grin! Love this little hand-me-down kid.
